143.050 - Continuing business of decedent. - Nevada Statutes

143.050  Continuing business of decedent.  After notice given as provided in NRS 155.010 or in such other manner as the court directs, the court may authorize the personal representative to continue the operation of the decedent’s business to such an extent and subject to such restrictions as may seem to the court to be for the best interest of the estate and any interested persons.
