146.005  Effect of premarital agreement between decedent and surviving spouse.  The provisions of this chapter are inapplicable to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of a premarital agreement between the decedent and the surviving spouse which is enforceable pursuant to chapter 123A of NRS.
