147.090 - Effect of statute of limitations. - Nevada Statutes

147.090  Effect of statute of limitations.  A claim which is barred by the statute of limitations must not be allowed or approved by a personal representative or by the court. No claim which has been timely filed is affected by the statute of limitations, pending the administration of the estate.
