148.420 - Authorization of conveyance. - Nevada Statutes

148.420  Authorization of conveyance.  If a person who is bound by contract in writing to convey or transfer property dies before making the conveyance or transfer, and the decedent, if living, could have been compelled to make the conveyance or transfer, the court in which proceedings are pending for the administration of the estate of the decedent may enter an order directing the personal representative to convey or transfer the property to the persons entitled thereto.
