151.160  Determination of questions as to advancements.  All questions as to advancements made, or alleged to have been made, by a decedent to heirs or devisees may be heard and determined by the court, and must be specified in the order distributing the estate, and in the warrant to the commissioners provided for in NRS 152.050, and the final order of the court is binding on all interested persons, subject to the right of any party to appeal from a final order.
