152.040  Appointment of guardians and attorneys before partition.  Before any partition may be made, as provided in this chapter, guardians must be appointed for all minor, unborn or incapacitated persons interested in the estate to be divided, and an attorney may be appointed for all nonresident or absent heirs or other persons interested.
