159.184 - Accounting by certain care providers. - Nevada Statutes

159.184  Accounting by certain care providers.  If a ward resides with a care provider that is an institution or facility, the care provider shall furnish to the guardian an itemized accounting of all financial activity pertaining to the ward:

      1.  On a quarterly basis; and

      2.  At any other time, upon the request of the guardian.
