159.087 - Recording letters of guardianship. - Nevada Statutes

159.087  Recording letters of guardianship.  Not later than 60 days after the date of the appointment of a guardian of the estate, the guardian shall cause to be recorded, in the official records of each county in which real property of the ward is located other than the county in which the guardian is appointed, a copy, certified by the clerk of the court, of the letters of guardianship.
