159.103 - Claims against estate of ward. - Nevada Statutes

159.103  Claims against estate of ward.  A guardian of the estate shall pay from the guardianship estate pursuant to NRS 159.105, 159.107 and 159.109 all just claims against the ward, the estate or the guardian as such, whether accruing before or after the appointment of the guardian and whether arising in contract, in tort or otherwise.
