159.1375  Sale of real property of ward to holder of mortgage or lien on such property.  At a sale of real property that is subject to a mortgage or lien, the holder of the mortgage or lien may become the purchaser. The receipt for the amount owed to the holder from the proceeds of the sale is a payment pro tanto.
