160.180  Liberal construction.  This chapter must be construed liberally to secure the beneficial intents and purposes thereof and applies only to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

      NRS 160.190  Uniformity of interpretation.  This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
