162.240 - Tax obligations. - Nevada Statutes

162.240  Tax obligations.  NRS 162.150 to 162.250, inclusive, do not affect any obligation of a corporation or transfer agent with respect to any taxes imposed by the laws of this state.

      NRS 162.250  Uniformity of interpretation.  NRS 162.150 to 162.250, inclusive, shall be so construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact them.
