162A.390  Laws applicable to financial institutions and entities.  NRS 162A.200 to 162A.660, inclusive, does not supersede any other law applicable to financial institutions or other entities, and the other law controls if inconsistent with NRS 162A.200 to 162A.660, inclusive.

      NRS 162A.400  Remedies under other law.  The remedies under NRS 162A.200 to 162A.660, inclusive, are not exclusive and do not abrogate any right or remedy under the laws of this State other than NRS 162A.200 to 162A.660, inclusive.
