164.755  Duty to bring trust portfolio into compliance with terms and circumstances of trust and provisions of NRS within reasonable time.  Within a reasonable time after accepting a trusteeship or receiving trust property, a trustee shall review the trust property and make and carry out decisions concerning the retention and disposition of assets, in order to bring the trust portfolio into compliance with the purposes, terms, requirements for distribution and other circumstances of the trust, and with the requirements of NRS 164.700 to 164.775, inclusive.
