165.160 - Power of settlor. - Nevada Statutes

165.160  Power of settlor.  Except for the provisions of NRS 165.135, provisions of this chapter shall have no application to nontestamentary trusts unless the settlor shall expressly so declare in the instrument creating the trust. But no expression of intent by any settlor shall affect the jurisdiction of the courts of this state over inventories and accounts of trustees, insofar as such jurisdiction does not depend upon the provisions of this chapter.
