165.230 - Charitable trusts. - Nevada Statutes

165.230  Charitable trusts.  This chapter shall apply to charitable trusts. Documents required to be delivered to beneficiaries of such trusts shall be delivered to the Attorney General.

      NRS 165.240  Uniformity of interpretation.  This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
