174.229 - Videotaped testimony.
174.229 Videotaped testimony. If a prospective witness who is scheduled to testify before a grand jury or at a preliminary hearing is less than 14 years of age, the court shall, upon the motion of the district attorney, and may, upon its own motion, order the child’s testimony to be videotaped at the time it is given.
