176A.050 - “Parole and probation officer” defined. - Nevada Statutes

176A.050  “Parole and probation officer” defined.  “Parole and probation officer” means the Chief Parole and Probation Officer or an assistant parole and probation officer appointed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 213 of NRS.
