176A.360 - Arrest of probationer.

176A.360  Arrest of probationer.  For the purpose of surrendering a probationer, a surety, at any time before it is finally discharged, and at any place within the State, may, by a written authority endorsed on a certified copy of the undertaking, cause the probationer to be arrested by a bail agent or bail enforcement agent who is licensed pursuant to chapter 697 of NRS.

      NRS 176A.370  Money collected to be deposited in State General Fund.  Money collected pursuant to NRS 176A.300 to 176A.370, inclusive, must be paid to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund.
