179.095 - Return of papers to clerk. - Nevada Statutes

179.095  Return of papers to clerk.  The magistrate who has issued a search warrant shall attach to the warrant the duplicate original warrant, if any, and a copy of the return, inventory and all other papers in connection therewith and shall file them with the clerk of the court having jurisdiction where the property was seized.
