179C.160  Registration information forwarded to Central Repository.  Upon registering a convicted person pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, a sheriff or a chief of police shall forward all information concerning such registration to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History in the manner prescribed by the Director of the Department of Public Safety.
