179D.035 - “Convicted” defined. - Nevada Statutes

179D.035  “Convicted” defined.  “Convicted” includes, but is not limited to, an adjudication of delinquency by a court having jurisdiction over juveniles if:

      1.  The adjudication of delinquency is for the commission of a sexual offense that is listed in NRS 62F.200; and

      2.  The offender was 14 years of age or older at the time of the offense.
