179D.080 - “Release” defined. - Nevada Statutes

179D.080  “Release” defined.  “Release” means release from incarceration or confinement. The term includes, but is not limited to:

      1.  Release on probation, parole or any other type of supervised release.

      2.  Release after a term of incarceration expires.

      3.  Release from confinement in a school, hospital, mental facility or other institution.
