179D.110 - “Student” defined. - Nevada Statutes

179D.110  “Student” defined.  “Student” means a person who is enrolled in and attends, on a full-time or part-time basis within this State, any course of academic or vocational instruction conducted by a public or private educational institution or school, including, but not limited to, any of the following institutions or schools:

      1.  An institution of higher education.

      2.  A trade school or vocational school.

      3.  A secondary school.
