200.50955  Law enforcement agency: Required to act promptly in obtaining certain warrants.  A law enforcement agency shall promptly seek to obtain a warrant for the arrest of any person the agency has probable cause to believe is criminally responsible for the abuse, neglect, exploitation or isolation of an older person or a vulnerable person.
