200.3774  Victims of certain sexual offenses: Effect of waiver of confidentiality.  The provisions of NRS 200.3771, 200.3772 and 200.3773 do not apply if the victim of the sexual offense or offense involving a pupil voluntarily waives, in writing, the confidentiality of the information concerning the victim’s identity.
