207.175 - Criminal penalties. - Nevada Statutes

207.175  Criminal penalties.  Any person, firm, or any officer or managing agent of any corporation or association who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of NRS 207.171 shall be punished:

      1.  For the first or second offense, for a misdemeanor.

      2.  For the third offense and all subsequent offenses, for a gross misdemeanor.
