209.276  Reimbursement for transportation of witness in action by offender concerning civil rights.  If an offender has filed an action in federal court alleging a violation of his or her civil rights and the offender requests that any other offender appear as a witness in the action, the offender who filed the action shall reimburse the Department for any cost that is incurred in providing special transportation for any other offender to appear in court.
