209.293 - Transfer of offender to correctional institution of another state. - Nevada Statutes

209.293  Transfer of offender to correctional institution of another state.  The Director may transfer to a correctional institution of another state any offender who is sentenced in that state to serve a term of imprisonment which is concurrent with and at least as long as the term which the offender would otherwise serve in Nevada.
