209.4242  Director may contract with qualified persons.  To carry out the provisions of NRS 209.4231 to 209.4244, inclusive, the Director may contract with persons or private entities that are qualified to evaluate offenders who are substance abusers or qualified to administer therapeutic communities or programs of aftercare.
