      2.  In census tract 005102, blocks 2003, 2004, 2005, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3008, 3009, 3011 and 3012.

      3.  In census tract 005315, blocks 1010, 1011, 1015, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
