218H.090 - “Member of the Legislative Branch” defined. - Nevada Statutes

218H.090  “Member of the Legislative Branch” defined.  “Member of the Legislative Branch” means any member of the Legislature, member of the Legislator’s staff, assistant, employee or other person employed with reference to the legislative duties of the Legislator.

      NRS 218H.100  “Person” defined.  “Person” includes a group of persons acting in concert, whether or not formally organized.
