231.130 - Use of records and assistance of other state agencies. - Nevada Statutes

231.130  Use of records and assistance of other state agencies.  In performing their duties, the Executive Director of the Commission on Economic Development and the Administrator of the Division of Motion Pictures shall not interfere with the functions of any other state agencies, but those agencies shall, from time to time, on request, furnish the Executive Director with data and other information from their records bearing on the objectives of the Commission. The Executive Director shall avail himself or herself of records and assistance of such other state agencies as in the opinion of the Governor or Executive Director might make a contribution to the work of the Commission.
