232.212 - Definitions. - Nevada Statutes

232.212  Definitions.  As used in NRS 232.212 to 232.2195, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:

      1.  “Department” means the Department of Administration.

      2.  “Director” means the Director of the Department.
