232.505 - Definitions. - Nevada Statutes

232.505  Definitions.  As used in NRS 232.505 to 232.845, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:

      1.  “Department” means the Department of Business and Industry.

      2.  “Director” means the Director of the Department.
