232.290 - Definitions. - Nevada Statutes

232.290  Definitions.  As used in NRS 232.290 to 232.484, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:

      1.  “Department” means the Department of Health and Human Services.

      2.  “Director” means the Director of the Department.
