233.200 - Report to Governor. - Nevada Statutes

233.200  Report to Governor.  After the completion of any hearing the Commission shall make a report in writing to the Governor setting forth its findings of fact and recommendations or actions taken pursuant to this chapter. The Commission shall use its best efforts to bring about compliance with its recommendations.

      NRS 233.210  Unlawful acts; penalty.  Any person who willfully resists, prevents, impedes or interferes with the Commission, its members, the Administrator or agents in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.
