237A.020  Organization of corporation to establish, operate and maintain foreign trade zone.  Corporations whose purpose is to establish, operate and maintain foreign trade zones under the provisions of the laws of the United States may be organized under and shall comply with the appropriate provisions of title 7 of NRS.
