238.050  Newspapers equally competent as means for publication.  Except as otherwise provided by law in express terms or by necessary implication, daily newspapers, triweekly newspapers, semiweekly newspapers, semimonthly newspapers and weekly newspapers shall all be equally competent as the means for the publication of all legal notices and advertisements.
