239C.065 - “Law enforcement agency” defined. - Nevada Statutes

239C.065  “Law enforcement agency” defined.  “Law enforcement agency” means:

      1.  The sheriff’s office of a county;

      2.  A metropolitan police department;

      3.  A police department of an incorporated city; or

      4.  The Department of Public Safety.
