242.080  Creation; composition.

      1.  The Department of Information Technology is hereby created.

      2.  The Department consists of the Director and the:

      (a) Programming Division.

      (b) Communication and Computing Division.

      (c) Office of Information Security.

      3.  A Communications Unit and a Telecommunications Unit are hereby created within the Communication and Computing Division of the Department.
