242.141 - Services provided other than for agencies and elected officers of State. - Nevada Statutes

242.141  Services provided other than for agencies and elected officers of State.  To facilitate the economical processing of data throughout the State Government, the Department may provide service for agencies not under the control of the Governor, upon the request of any such agency. If there are sufficient resources available to the Department, it may provide services to counties, cities and towns and to their agencies.
