243.155  Portion of Humboldt County detached to form Pershing County—1919.  The territory described in NRS 243.325 is detached and set aside from Humboldt County and the County of Pershing erected therefrom.

      NRS 243.160  County seat at Winnemucca.  After May 1, 1873, the county seat of Humboldt County shall be located at the City of Winnemucca in Humboldt County.
