243.310  Surveyor General to establish boundary lines between Lander, Nye and Eureka Counties—1929.  The establishment of the boundary lines between Eureka, Lander and Nye Counties shall be in the manner described in NRS 243.200.

      NRS 243.315  County seat at Tonopah.  After May 1, 1905, the county seat of Nye County shall be located at the Town of Tonopah in Nye County.
