244.162 - Rehabilitation of delinquent children. - Nevada Statutes

244.162  Rehabilitation of delinquent children.  The board of county commissioners may establish, in any county where funds are expended under the provisions of NRS 62G.400 to 62G.470, inclusive, special supervision programs for the rehabilitation of delinquent children in accordance with the provisions of NRS 62G.400 to 62G.470, inclusive.
