244.010 - Minimum number of county commissioners. - Nevada Statutes

244.010  Minimum number of county commissioners.  Except as provided in NRS 244.011, 244.014 and 244.016, each board of county commissioners of the several counties shall consist of three members; and not more than three county commissioners shall be elected or appointed to such office in any county.
