244A.061 - Payment of bonds additionally secured by pledge of certain revenues. - Nevada Statutes

244A.061  Payment of bonds additionally secured by pledge of certain revenues.  The payment of any bonds issued hereunder may be additionally secured by a pledge of all or part of any revenues derived from:

      1.  The operation of any project herein authorized and from any other income-producing project of the county;

      2.  A flood management project; or

      3.  Any license or other excise taxes levied for revenue and available for such a pledge,
