244A.553  Collection of delinquent service charges and penalties imposed by civil action.  The county, or the State acting through the board, may collect delinquent service charges and penalties due from the Federal Government, the State, the county, any public body or any person owning or occupying real property, by an action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
