247.060  Power to take acknowledgment and proof of documents affecting real property; fees deposited in county general fund.  A county recorder may take and certify the acknowledgment and proof of all documents affecting any real property for which the county recorder is entitled to receive the same fees as are prescribed by law. A county recorder shall deposit all such fees in the county general fund.
