252.010 - Qualifications. - Nevada Statutes

252.010  Qualifications.  No person shall be a candidate for or be eligible to the office of district attorney unless the person is:

      1.  A bona fide resident of the State of Nevada.

      2.  An attorney duly licensed and admitted to practice law in all the courts of this state.
